Cedar students were treated to an in-depth learning experience on 21 February 2024 when they visited Shandon Dairy Farm near Mooi River, KZN. Topics ranged from crop rotation to silage making and mechanised dairy farming. The students came back with heads crammed full of knowledge about sustainable farming, conservation, and other farming practices. Overall, the day was a wonderful success and one that will not be soon forgotten by staff and students alike.
